The Gift of Laughter...

Well...! What an amazing gift this week has been. Gabi and I were invited to Hennef (near Bonn, Germany) to co-facilitate an Access Consciousness Foundation Class®. There were twelve ladies participating. It was so amazing to watch as barriers and self-judgement dropped away and, they began to laugh and share tears and perceptions, letting go everything that just didn’t work for them anymore.
 
We realised that many times where we think others are judging us and we can feel their judgements, we are only hearing our own judgements of us, and they are actually struggling with their own points of view about themselves.  Well at that point every other barrier dropped and the class went into intense…and we really explored what was important to each of us… and more.
 
I am so very grateful, as they facilitated changes in me as well. How cool is that. Each Foundation class is so alive and yet so different and creative and generative…what will the next class teach me…?
