Today I woke feeling so very grateful… for everything and everyone, and especially for having Gabi in my life. And, for myself, and my body.  During the night I decided to go and read for a while.  The book I read has had such influence on my life, and the choices I have made. It was written by a man (Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist) who became inspired to become a writer, while walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.
While reading it I, was asking for something to give you, as an inspiration to carry you forward into the coming year, as the Alchemists you all are. In this book a young man is learning to see the magic and treasure he carries within himself.
At one point he was told… “People need not fear the unknown if (and I would say here… because) they are capable of achieving what they need and want.  We are afraid of loosing what we have, whether it’s our life, or our possessions and property. But this fear evaporates when we understand that our life stories and the history of the world were written by the same hand.” A gentle reminder that we are the creators of our own reality…
Later he is talking to the Sun and declares… “That’s what Alchemists do! They show that, when we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too... Love is the force the Transforms… because when we Love, we always strive to become better than we are!” … The boy reached through to the Soul of the World and saw that is was part of the Soul of God. And then he saw the Soul of God was his own soul… and that he, a boy, could perform miracles!”
Are you willing to acknowledge the real magic and power you hide within and be more than you dreamed as possible? And, are you willing to acknowledge with gratitude the miracles you have already created in your daily lives, and the lives of those around you? What could that change in your world if you began to acknowledge you… “The Alchemist” and creator of transformation in you body and life?

An all meine Alchemistenfreunde...
Heute beim Aufwachen habe ich so viel Dankbarkeit gespürtt...für alles und alle, vor allem dafür, Gabi in meinem Leben zu haben. Und ich war so dankbar für mich und meinen Körper. In der Nacht hatte ich beschlossen aufzustehen und eine Weile zu lessen. Das Buch, das ich zur Hand nahm, hatte so viel Einfluss auf mein Leben und auf die Wahlen, die ich getroffen habe. Dieses Buch ist “Der Alchemist” von Paulo Coehlo, der zum Schreiben inspiriert wurde, während er den Jakobsweg ging...den Camino de Santiago de Compostela.
Während ich las, habe ich nach etwas gefragt, das ich euch als Alchemisten geben könnte... als Inspiration, die euch vorwärts in dieses Jahr trägt.
Und in diesem Buch lernt ein junger Mann die Magie und den Schatz zu sehen, den er in sich selbst trägt.
An einer Stelle im Buch sagt man ihm… “Die Leute brauchen keine Angst vor dem Ungewissen zu haben , wenn (und ich würde hier eher sagen… weil) sie in der Lage sind, das zu erreichen, was sie brauchen und wollen. Wir haben Angst davor zu verlieren, was wir haben, ob es nun unser Leben oder unser Besitz ist. Aber diese Angst verfliegt, wenn wir verstehen, dass unsere Lebensgeschichten und die Geschichte der Welt von der gleichen Hand geschrieben wurden.”
Eine sanfte Erinnerung daran, dass wir die Schöpfer unserer Realität sind...
Etwas später spricht der Held der Geschichte zur Sonne und erklärt... “Das ist es, was Alchemisten tun! Sie zeigen uns, dass wenn wir danach streben, besser zu werden als wir sind, alles um uns herum ebenfalls besser wird...Liebe ist die Kraft, die transformiert... denn wenn wir lieben, werden wir immer danach streben, besser zu werden als wir sind!” … Der junge Mann greift nach der Seele der Welt und sieht, dass sie Teil der Seele Gottes ist. Und dann sieht er, dass die Seele Gottes seine eigene Seele ist....und dass er, ein junger Mann, Wunder vollbringen kann!”
Seid ihr gewillt die wirkliche Magie und Macht anzuerkennen, die ihr in euch versteckt und mehr zu sein als alles, von dem ihr jemals geträumt habt? Und seid ihr gewillt die Wunder, die ihr bereits in eurem Leben und dem der Menschen um euch herum vollbracht habt, dankbar anzuerkennen?
Was könnte in eurer Welt geschehen,  wenn ihr anfangen würdet, euch anzuerkennen, als den “Alchemisten”  und Schöpfer der Transformation in euren Körpern und Leben?

A tous mes amis les Alchimistes,
 
Aujourd’hui je me suis réveillé avec une telle gratitude dans mon cœur… pour tout et pour tous, et spécialement pour Gabi, et le fait qu’elle soit entrée dans ma vie. Et aussi pour moi, et pour mon corps. Pendant la nuit j’ai décidé de lire un petit peu. J’ai relu des passages d’un livre qui a tellement influencé ma vie, et les choix que j’ai fait. Ce livre a été écrit par un homme (Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist), qui a eu l’inspiration de devenir un écrivain lorsqu’il marchait sur le chemin de Santiago de Compostelle.
Alors que je relisais ce livre, j’ai demandé ce que je pouvais vous offrir, une sorte d’inspiration qui vous porterait pendant cette Nouvelle Année, vous, en tant qu’Alchimistes que vous êtes. Dans ce livre, un jeune homme apprend à voir la magie et les trésors qu’il porte au sein de lui-même.
 
A un moment donné, on lui dit : « Les gens n’ont pas besoin d’avoir peur de l’inconnu si (et moi, j’écrirais ici ‘parce que’) ils sont capables d’accomplir ce dont ils ont besoin et ce qu’ils veulent. Nous avons peur de perdre ce que nous possédons, que ce soit notre vie, nos possessions matérielles ou immatérielles. Mais la peur disparait lorsque nous comprenons que les histoires de nos vies et l’histoire du monde sont écrites par la même main. » C’est un doux rappel que nous sommes les créateurs de notre propre réalité...
Un peu plus tard dans le livre, ce jeune homme parle au Soleil et déclare : « C’est ce que font les Alchimistes ! Ils montrent que, lorsque nous aspirons à devenir une meilleure version de nous-même, tout autour de nous s’améliore aussi… L’amour est la force qui transforme...  parce que lorsque nous aimons, nous aspirons toujours à être la meilleure version de nous-même ! …. Le jeune homme atteignît l’âme du monde et vu qu’elle faisait partie de l’âme de Dieu. Et il vu que l’âme de Dieu était son âme a lui…et que lui, un jeune homme, pouvait accomplir des miracles. »
 
Avez-vous la volonté de reconnaitre et êtes-vous prêts à honorer la magie réelle et la puissance qui est en vous, et êtes-vous prêts à être plus que vous n’avez jamais rêvé d’être ? et voulez-vous honorer avec reconnaissance les miracles que vous avez déjà créés dans votre vie quotidienne, et dans la vie de ceux qui vous entourent ?  Qu’est-ce-que cela pourrait-il changer dans votre monde si vous commenciez par honorer avec reconnaissance VOUS, « L’Alchimiste », et le créateur de transformation de votre corps et votre vie ?

 
 

Embodiment of the Earth Energies
What does this mean… “To Embody the Energies of the Earth?” Another question we can now ask would be… “What are the energies of the Earth?” For me (Greg) there really is only one… Energy! “But!” you say… “What about the Good Healing and creative energies, and the opposite of that…wouldn’t we have destructive energy?” Everything else we can care to describe is on the line between these two judgements. And I say judgements because essentially, they really are… “How so?” you say. Let’s look at my favourite… a volcano. When one erupts we say how bad and destructive it is. What about all those poor animals killed and the destruction of forests and inconvenience we have when planes can’t fly. We are looking at this from a finite perspective of a “Non-infinite Being”. We fail to see how the ash (pulverised rock) creates new layers of nutrient rich soil and changes the landscape… so we could actually say that even an eruption is very creative, if we let go the judgements of what is right or wrong, and good or bad. I wonder how inconvenient it would get if the Earth forgot to let go and held her breath for a while… try it! What happens when you finally let go?
Within us we hold all the energies and we judge them as wrong or right, good or bad. Those we judge as negative we lock down and “try” to control and not let people see. We see the Haka given by a group of Maori, and our Bodies remember and come alive… not because of the spectacle, but because of the energy presented.
What is it we fear about these energies we perceive… loosing control? Being judged as wrong? What if by Embodiment (“Acknowledging” and “Being” these energies) we actually have greater control? What if being these energies we become more self-assured, and become even more Creative. Generative, and then… even begin to thrive?
