I am often asked what is the alchemy of the body. And I often look at what it really is, for me but also for those in class, or those to whom I give sessions. In Truth there are no words to describe really this space that is alchemy.
I was watching this last night and I've been aware of "why" this space and this approach of the body, being and reality, had created so many changes for me and for my body.

Of course for changes to happen, first you have to make the choice, do it really, not just wish it. Then it's about transforming and letting go of some thoughts, beliefs, memories, energies... What I've been doing really these last 5 years. I've changed a lot of things. Received body processes, modified my way of working...
Greg has been giving away these body alchemy classes for 3 years. I followed my first class almost 2 years ago. And wow! Only changes...

I get here now how and why with this space and this process I change and my body changes.
I realize that I have made inaccessible energies and memories. And even if I had confidence in those who gave me processes, I wouldn't let them reach these energies. I had confidence but judgment, abuse, rejection... were so locked that I was in "Activated Security Systems" mode.

When Greg touched me the first time, these systems started to jump, so even that I didn't know him and that still it's a man, rather beefy.. without telling my "story", he represented Normally a real danger to me.

So why, with him and this space, my "security" have stir-Fry? Because this space is truly a space where I felt, me and my body safe. Not the security of defense, protection... on the contrary, this security where there is no more fears, no more judgments, more projections, right there, present, where you know that everything is ok. This space is the one with which we arrive in this world, before being formatted, crushed, before adopting a whole bunch of things that limit us and decrease us.

So when you remember this space, when you are touched from this space, everything is so different, the drama, your past, the others, you... everything, absolutely everything.

More "need" for me to do so many déblayages... just choose from this space...

And what I've experienced for me, I've seen it in every class with Greg, in every session... for and on others. Magic!
Often, I am also asked why, with my job, my children, my own classes, I do so much for the alchemy of the body... the answer is simple: I truly believe that it is one of the most beautiful gifts in the world...
