Well the year is nearly past and so much has happened. So much has changed and yet again not changed…or so it would seem. Today feels like yesterday, and it seems surreal when I think about what has been created this year with me moving to Europe, The Alchemy of the Body classes being created and developed, as well as other interest classes under the Alchemy banner. I feel the same person and yet I know that I am not, and that old me can no longer exist as I really don’t remember who he is, so it will be of interest to catch up with some (including my children and grand children) who knew me and can spot the changes etc.
I have been sitting here today with Lara (my youngest daughter) and she has been showing me much of the Genealogy that has been completed on some of my family lines. This has really been and interesting event as it has really shown me how much I am tied to the lands here, in France, Denmark, Germany, Norway, and even Russia. No wonder it feels like home here. I’m now sitting watching a airliner streaking across the sky with a vapour trail behind like a tiny comet and I wonder what the New Year will Bring…what new things I will Create, what new friends I will meet, and who I will be by the time I sit again and contemplate the world and the sky next winter.
Happy winter Solstice to all my northern hemisphere friends, and happy summer solstice to all my family and friends in the Southern hemisphere. 'Tonight I gave a free telecall, on Zoom, about the energy of the Haka. This traditional Challenge, and more, has been performed around the world as New Zealander's (Kiwi's) spread abroad. In my heart and mind it is wrong to describe it as a dance, as this down plays the energy and message of it. It carries so much more than that. When used before battle it would create an energy amongst the warriors as to make them feel invincible and connected to botht the earth (Papatuanuku) and the universe (Ranginui). Even while writing this my body begins tro pump and feel strong and powerful...as though I have been for a workout at the gymnasium...My body knows...and so does yours.
We have been taught to make this energy so wrong and yet when we witness the spectacle of the Haka, when given from the Being, we remember and are in awe...What will it take to wake up and remember who we are. No longer sheep at the muster but actually awake and aware... I will give you three links...please try and watch them in order...bet ya can't hehe
The first one shows when its not real...and they have no understanding of the energy of what they are trying to be..
The second one is more recent and the men are being warriors on the sports field and have a reality of the Haka energy....
The third is, for me, the most authentic energy of the Haka.....but this time given as a tribute to a Bride and her Tane (man)...

There is so much turmoil and stuff around us that we buy into as ours and then lock in as ours...and no matter what tools we use we can't loose or shake it from our body. This week Gabi (Gabriele Liesenfeld) asked me to do a short meditation with Earth energy and to help others reconnect with the Earth. I thought wow..!! Cool yes ...why not..? And so this morning after walking Cookie and enjoying the amazing morning, the cold wind and Nature at its chaotic self, we sat down and recorded a short session/or meditation. I spoke it in English and Gabi has translated into Deutsch for my German speaking  friends . Just click the button and follow the link...Oh! and enjoy the slide show. An interesting thing about the trust thing…. We always put it to the “other” person…you know, “I have to trust you!”…or “I can’t trust you!”  What if trust had nothing to do with anyone else but you? What would happen if you actually trusted you? Trusted your body and its “knowing”? Trusted your own “awareness”? What could you not “Do” or “Be” then? 
We create our lives based on what others tell us is true, or real, regardless of what it is we know, and perceive for  ourselves. Is that working for you? What if we let go the fear of… “What would others think, or feel, about us?” How different would your life be then, as you function from what was real for you, and what brought you Joy, or created more in your universe?
