Zoom for my French friends... (and english speakers too)

So..!! This week I did a Zoom with a number of French speaking people as well a friend from Germany... some of whom had been an Alchemy of the Body class or two... It was intended to be an intro to what the classes are all about for friends of the french participants and the hosts.  I invited some of them to give their thoughts and awareness on what the class has done for them... so watch, listen and learn for yourselves what others  felt... and changed... and more.
