I got a message the other week from the young lady I taught in a class in Vladivostock. Here’s a little of our conversation...

Her: “I do alchemy every day. I'm becoming more and more ware. My thinking is changing, my environment is changing, my life is changing! I'm happy 😊 I got a kitten😁”

Me: “Oh no! How did that happen🤗💞😂 ,…. I'm so happy for you 💕🤗”

Her: “I've wanted a cat for a long time, after my dog passed away, but I couldn't get one because of my unstable health. And now I've gotten one because my reality has changed. 😁😁😁
I taught myself to feel emotions again, told myself what each emotion meant, learned to think again, to feel my body and with my body, and taught my body to eat and sleep again. “

When we “really choose” we do more than wait for the changes. We choose an action, even if it is to simply believe in our "Self"....

So many times I see posts about the strength required to be alone. Today a guy commented in his post that "the man who can sit in a restaurant alone and enjoy his meal is someone who has been through hell and come out the other side stronger."

Well I thought... "Any body can do this!" but as I looked at this I saw all the people I have met who are in toxic relationships that are there because they don´t want to be alone...

I took this photo last month while I was visiting Lake Baikal. It sits at least 100m about the lake on the edge of a cliff face. My friends tell me that the lake creates amazing winds here. and remember this is Siberia so the snow is deep and the air can be negative 45 degrees celsius. Not far away is a tree whose trunk was broken 2m above the ground from a storm, and yet here it is...still standing and strong. There is no need to push others away.

What if we invited others to stand with us and we grew supporting each other???

What would it create in our lives if we embodied a declaration by Marianne Williamson..

“…For days of total relaxation and detox for the body, to unburden the mind, to free the body from violence!!!
"Getting rid of violence" is probably one of the most important and common reasons why people come to Greg's classes... And this is not only about the physical act of violence, perhaps committed at some time... but also about the mental violence and SELF-violence that we very often commit against ourselves every day, going to an unloved job, living with people we no longer love, not caring for our bodies, forgetting about ourselves to please our loved ones... the list goes on and on...
And I don’t have to tell you, right!?
I can say from my own experience that before meeting this BIG MAN, I did not realize how deeply this very violence against myself sat within me, so as not to harm anyone, not to offend anyone, to be good and correct, to help everyone, etc.
Did I stop helping and did the devil crawl out of me like a snuffbox - no)) I have known my devils for a long time and we are friends😈. It’s just that now all the help and adjustments, if necessary, happen CONSCIOUSLY!
I just saw in a moment what life was like before and what it could be like after classes if I CHOOSE to CHANGE it. And I Chose. Yes, it is a process, yes it´s not instantaneous, but it moves! And in every moment now I consciously CHOOSE MYSELF! (I even created a separate channel with this name, where I share everything that works for me and we go to awareness together with those who choose it).
And I am writing this so that everyone can see and learn that you can change your life quite easily - just lying on the couch...👩‍💻 , just talking to interesting people, just hugging this HUGE KIND MAORI!
I don't know if this will motivate you, I just want everyone to know about it.”

The amazing thing about the Alchemy Classes is this... I get the privilege (and I mean PRIVILEGE) of witnessing people of all ages create different lives for themselves. Ladies who had given up on themselves ever finding a partner suddenly messaging with photo of their new husband. Friends creating amazing business´s and making all their dreams come true. Others simply finding the peace they had been searching for. For many it has been a journey that gave them permission to leave...peacefully.  This little slide show is just the very tip of the iceberg of memories that fill me with a deep sense of gratitude. It is this gratitude for these peoples choices that keeps me inviting more to feel it and be it....

What is "It" you ask. "It" is the space of gratitude that is within. A space where we begin to let go our judgements of self...and others. Where allowance begins to come forward....and life as we knew it changes into a life we have always searched for....

Wow!! Its Christmas time again. Another year has passed and I´m still giving classes. It has been an interesting time this past year with some amazing creations... all of which have given me so much.  I would really like to publicly thank my teams both in the German speaking world as well as in Russia for all they have and are doing to create classes for you all to come to. Already the new year is filling.
 
I want to thank all of you who take time to follow my posts and even create posts to share with others within our Alchemy groups.  These groups are important as I hope that people would share their highs (as well as their lows) so that we can support each other and even move together as a kind of very extended family.
 
I wish you all a wonder filled new year where many dreams can be fulfilled and new Joys discovered along the way. Be peaceful be willing to really see people through different eyes…. The eyes of gratitude and kindness.

Well it has taken some time (7 years) but "That Book! has been published in 6 languages now.  Unfortunately Google and Amazon wont publish in Russian or Hungarian so these are only available from me directly.  (..at the moment) but the English, German, French and finally Spanish are all available via Amazon Books

The mind is a tool that when used creates a greater world and a greater universe... not just for us but for everyone around us. Remember.. it got me out of my wheelchair....

Basically, your freedom is in how (and what) you think! No-one can take this away from you. Viktor Frankl demonstrated this very well, and has taught it in his writings.
 
We have been “encouraged” to give up thinking for ourselves and encouraged to follow the narrative blindly and unconsciously. 
 
The above quote invites us all to wake up and “Think” for ourselves. Gather the information required to make real choices…
