Wow. I'm sitting here sorting my web pages and up-dating classes listed, and looking at the diary and looking at a web site my Friend Blanka Shumacher has about the Alchemy of the Body classes. Tears of gratitude and awe keep leaking from my eyes as I visit the photos that slide past at the bottom of the page. The memories of amazing people that have chosen to come to these classes. That have chosen to let go of limitations that have held them back. I watch and listen to a video that Max Zoulek produced for while we were at a class in New Zealand, and I think... "is that me?" Wow! so much has changed, and yet I see so many more possibilities opening up. What else is possible? A friend once said to me...
